I am beyond happy that there is a temporary solution for my family to use when we misplace our Playground remote control. Sometimes, it’s just slides under couch cushions! Now, there is no need to interrupt our game play and I can use the remote control app to easily connect to my Playground (uses Bluetooth to establish connection). It works just like the actual remote control and when we find the actual remote, it can be used interchangeably with the app. Thanks Nex for listening to your Community!!! We love Nex!

Using this app was a breeze. Following on screen prompts I quickly connected and was able to control my Nex Playground. I even did it while 11yo was selecting a game and she was surprised to see the Nex behaving “oddly” then I showed her my phone and that it was now a remote. It’s good to have peace of mind that we can work the Nex no matter what even if the original remote is lost in the couch cushions or in some other random place the 4yo takes it. Also the chat assistant is a super helpful perk to this app—it’s very knowledgeable about the NexPlayground and is able to help troubleshoot connections issues or concerns very quickly.

I found this remote control app to be so smooth. I am geniunely impressed by how easy it is to use and I appreciate the additional resources. Thanks Nex Playground!
