GlyphsQuest is an educational adventure that immerses you in the world of ancient Egyptian writing. Learn real hieroglyphs through visual cards, reinforce your knowledge with themed mini-games, and track your progress as you rise through the ranks of scribes.
You begin as a Novice Scribe and gradually unlock new glyphs, complete challenges, and earn stars. Every action is designed to help you not just memorize symbols, but understand their meanings and cultural significance.

Learn Authentic Hieroglyphs
• The Learn section features 10 core hieroglyphs — each with its name, meaning, and an illustrated card in an Egyptian style
• Press the Info button to access additional historical facts, interpretations, and visual context
• Glyphs are only marked as "learned" after reading their Info, encouraging deeper engagement
Practice with Themed Mini-Games
After studying each glyph, test your knowledge in dedicated mini-games such as:
• Find the glyph by its meaning
• Match the glyph with its name
• Guess the meaning of the symbol
Each completed game earns you a star. These games focus on memory, visual recognition, and logic — not random guessing.
Rank Progression System
• As you learn glyphs, earn stars, and complete challenges, you’ll move up through ranks — from beginner to master
• Each rank has specific requirements (e.g., study 3 glyphs, complete 2 games) to unlock the next level
• Your overall progress is tracked on the main screen, showing how many glyphs you've studied, games completed, and stars earned
Your Personal Egyptian Journal
• The Journal section lets you write down what you’ve learned, record thoughts and reflections
• You can even create your own messages using the glyphs you’ve unlocked
