Honestly I love this app the blackjack and slots I’ve won on multiple times. Just wish there wasn’t a limit on deposits. Been using bitcoin to deposit. I love me some Bracco. But definitely stay away from the promotion or you will have to use the play through balance to withdraw. Other than that amazing app!!!
Cancelled bets and unable to withdraw money

I deposited $200 onto the app and got $100 in free bonus bets, then when trying to make bets the kept saying the odds had changed and wouldn’t let me place them. After a few hours I tried placing another bet and it worked so I played a few bets. I had placed one bet for $100 with my bonus bets and another $120 bet separately with my own funds. Both were approved and in the last quarter of the game right before both were going to win they cancelled them and took my $100 bonus bet. They did refund my $120. I then decided to try to withdraw my funds but they have it setup to where you have to bet 6x your deposit amount to be able to withdraw your funds back. It is telling me I have to play $1,250 worth of bets before they will allow me to withdrawal my funds. I’ve reached out to customer support and they haven’t been responsive or have helped in any way.

First of all they have “fine print” that is printed no where apparently. Definitely one of the sketchiest sports books I’ve seen. Once you deposit and win they then make you play through your initials deposit 3 more times even though chat support says you shouldn’t have to. Your initial bet will also not count towards that also which is insane. Another trick they do is slide some free play promo in with out you even knowing or able to use it and that will make you have to play through your original balance on a level of 5x they’re fantom bonus making you have have to really play through your original deposit 4.5-5 times. Company will definitely be going under soon, probably have a slew of BBB complaints already but I guess I’ll add to them

So in my experience in using the app it’s been very inconsistent. I deposited $200 and received $100 and ended up getting up to over $1400 in my account. The play-through balance doesn’t make any sense at all as I played over $1250 (minimum requirement to withdraw any money) and half the time my play-through balance barely moved. Also had an injury for an NFL game and Bracco doesn’t void for injuries so FYI on that. I was paid out for everything which was great but there’s work to be done.
