It has never been easier to configure hydraulic valves, optimize performance, check status, and get plain text error messages. Connect to onboard digital electronics on Bosch Rexroth hydraulic valves with Bluetooth using the easy2connect app. This simplifies commissioning and increases productivity. The easy2connect app allows you to establish a Bluetooth connection to the OBED digital controls in Bosch Rexroth hydraulic valves from smartphone or tablet. Valves require a Bluetooth dongle for communication (VT-ZBT-1-1X). This can be included with valve or added in the field. The communication adapter displays operating status LED's (red/green) and turns blue while communicating over Bluetooth. Valves identify themselves to the app. View the electronic nameplate (model code, material number, software, firmware). Check operating temperature of electronics and operating hours. Monitor Status and errors displayed in plain text, like Cable Break. Login (or create password) for full access to easy2connect features. See internal command values, actual output values, configure analog I/O signal and range. Set Controller options for application setup. The patented slider bar allows you to adjust sensitivity between moderate and aggressive to optimize dynamics when actively using closed loop pressure control. Experts can enter individual parameters for Proportional, Integral, and Active Damping, as desired. OBED models with IO Link (L1 option) display IO Link status and all master information. The Sensor screen configures pressure sensor, signal type, and operating range. Save changes in a file on handheld device when finished with commissioning. Import a setup from your OBED valve, or export parameters from a saved file to duplicate settings in a spare valve for easy replacement.
