Request to delete your account and all data
Within 48 hours of your request, your account, profile information, all individuals in your family tree, and all survey responses you have ever submitted will be permanently and irreversibly deleted. Before deletion is complete, you can log in again and select “Cancel” to stop the process. Once deletion is finalized, it cannot be undone. If you log in again after deletion, you will need to start over with a new account.
