Your team • Give employees their own logins. They log jobs and photos at your properties from their own phone, and never see prices, invoices, reports, or client contacts. • Jobs your team logs are priced automatically from your past price for the same property, service, and unit size. Anything new is flagged "Needs price" until you set it, and can't go out on an invoice before then. • Turn a login off or on, reset its password, or remove it any time in Settings → Team. Changes take effect on their phone right away. Also in this update • Choose your own services and unit sizes in Settings. They fill the job form, invoices, and reports. • A paid invoice can be marked unpaid again. • Opening an invoice from Jobs now brings you back to Jobs. • A new app icon. • Smoother first-time setup, and a signed-out or deleted account now signs out of the app right away.

Sent invoices stay exactly as sent • Once you send an invoice, it's locked: the jobs, prices, and totals your customer received can't change by accident. • Need to correct one? Edit it and ECPro saves a new revision, labeled on screen and on the PDF, so you and your customer always know which version is current. • A job on a sent invoice shows which invoice it's on, and its billed details are locked to match. Photos • Add up to 20 photos at once from your photo library. • Swipe left or right to move through a job's photos, with a counter showing where you are. Easier typing • The field you're typing in now stays visible above the keyboard, including long notes on jobs, invoices, and clients. Fixes • Photo Gallery now loads for accounts with a long job history.

A smoother start • New first-run setup: add your name and company, see how they'll look on your invoices, then follow a short checklist to get going. Private daily reports • Daily reports are now sent per property: each manager receives only their own jobs, photos, and prices. More dependable invoices • Invoices now save completely or not at all, so job links and totals always match. • If your connection drops while saving, trying again finishes the same invoice: no duplicates, and no lost edits. • Save & Send always emails the latest version of the invoice. More dependable jobs • A job saved on a weak connection is never logged twice. • Choosing properties quickly can no longer apply the wrong price. • Deleting a job now removes its photos too. Clients • Before you delete a client, ECPro checks for up-to-date jobs and invoices, and offers to mark the client inactive instead of losing history. Fixes • Screens stay up to date after you edit or delete something. • Messages now appear above open sheets instead of behind them. • Fixed the back button overlapping the title on Service Details and Edit Job. • Switching accounts never shows the previous account's information.

New accounts now start with a short setup: your name, your company details, and a preview of how those details look on an invoice. Deleting a client that still has jobs or invoices is blocked. Mark the client inactive instead, so the history stays intact. Lists update as soon as you edit or delete a job, invoice, or client. Job screens no longer crowd the back button, and confirmations stay visible while a form is open.

What’s New — 2.0.1 (since 2.0.0) Home is faster to use, and the documents you send look like your business. View Today Jobs opens on the first tap. Add New Job and View Today Jobs sit under the Today card, with week-over-week labeled clearly. Home’s header control is a settings gear — that’s where it takes you. Daily report photos keep their shape instead of stretching. Invoice and report PDFs leave out blank placeholder name, address, phone, and email. Deleting a photo removes the file, or tells you if it couldn’t. Email a client from the app. Open a customer’s jobs in a sheet. Tabs, lists, and pull-to-refresh stay put instead of jumping. Haptics only when you tap the tab bar or pull to reload.
