"Beautiful, calming design." — Dense Discovery newsletter
↓ What users are saying
"Stable, serene option for tracking tasks"
"Pretty, simple and calming"
"Been looking for an app like this for a very long time"
"This app helped me think in buckets that brought more alignment than a to-do list ever could. Absolutely genius."
↓ Begin with intention
Start each morning by setting your Day's Intention — a sentiment to guide the hours ahead. Write your own, pick one from our library or let Apple Intelligence generate one privately on-device.
↓ Do stuff, steadily
Add today's things to Do. A calm canvas, not a cluttered list. Intentional work, without pressure. Add a simple Divider to separate your space into parts or priorities.
↓ One thing at a time
Focus on a single task at a time. Start a timer, set your phone aside. Check in on progress quietly from the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island.
↓ A space for Future
Everything else that isn't today. Ideas, notes, things on the horizon. Move them into Do if/when the time is right. Let the rest brew.
↓ End with reflection
Close the day by reflecting. What went well? What are you grateful for? What did you observe today? Private and encrypted, so only you can ever see your Reflections.
↓ Skies, by the hour
A big-picture view of today's weather. Drag to see 24 hours ahead. Current UV levels and precipitation.
↓ The moon
Learn what this part of the lunar cycle means — its energy and rhythm. See tonight's illumination, the countdown to the next phase, and the zodiac sign the moon is traveling through.
↓ Themes for how today feels
Ships with two included themes. Three bonus themes — London Fog, Forest, Firehorse — for seeing your days in different palettes and moods. Growing Library of Themes.
↓ Private by design
– AES-256 encryption
– Seamless iCloud sync
– Works offline: full functionality without internet, quiet sync when you're back
↓ And more
– Every theme comes with a light & dark mode that adapts automatically based on your iPhone's Appearance
– Widgets you can glance at from the Home Screen through the day
– Live Activities for Lock Screen and Dynamic Island
Simple, noise-free interface. No ads.
Solarday is a love letter to intentional and mindful productivity.
"Do not think simplicity is being stupid or ignorant or unintelligent. No, indeed. To be simple is to be potent, to be focused, to be powerful and to be effective". — Building the Foundation for a New Life, Marshall Vian SummersI have a few suggestions:- Have an option to export journals (not just intentions), so there is no data hostage later- today’s task can be shown in day, so it’s unified. Weather, intention, what to do, reflection. All in one place so there is no need to switch to Do page. Do page can be removed and find creative means to unify it with Day. - weather shall be collapsible to reduce vertical spacing in the page. It’s distracting.- Include quotes from Steps to Knowledge book. I think the affirmations there are perfect for the intention section.- Ai can fetch user’s calendar data to suggest Dos- Have a widget for intention, so intention can always be seen in phone- $7 might be too much for early supporter at this point. $3 might be optimum."Complexity may not require a great deal from you, but simplicity does. Simplicity requires forthright action, immediate decisions, greater self-restraint and a greater commitment to relinquish that which is inappropriate. What is complex can make things more vague" — Relationships and Higher Purpose, Marshall Summers

Just about perfect! - 9.5/10
Mr. Nite
Every morning when I wake up I like to have a list of things to do. What I use to do was before bed I would write down on the notes app what I need and leave it open so when I open my phone in the morning I know what needs to get done. It was boring. This is so much better! I have the weather and intentions to start the day and my to do list for the day and for the future. Please keep it how it is! I like that it’s free and has no ads. When I’m in a better spot I’ll definitely support this app. It’s nice that not everything is locked behind a pay wall. 9/10!

I love how simple this app is and how it doesn’t overcomplicate my day. I think it’s super useful that I can set an intention for the day and the feature allowing me to time each of my tasks is something I didn’t know I needed! This is a great app for general day-to-day productivity whether it’s chores, schoolwork, or meditation, especially with the daily journal.
