The management is extremely careless and completely disconnected from reality ignoring player feedback as if it means nothing at all Bugs are left unfixed problems are ignored and terrible decisions are constantly pushed with no consideration for the damage they cause to the game Any time effort or progress you invest can be wiped out instantly due to poor management and obvious bias in how players are treated This level of incompetence is exactly why so many long term players have already walked away Overall this is a deeply disappointing experience that is not worth anyone s time money or attention If you value fairness respect and proper development stay far away from this game
