In this version, we improved how interval programs are built and how workouts are recorded on Apple Watch. • Added a new ON/OFF program type. You can now create programs that alternate between work and rest blocks, with set rotation and rest countdown support. • AMRAP programs are now more flexible. You can build AMRAP workouts using time per set and repeated rounds. • EMOM now supports multi-exercise sets. With the “Every N min × M set” structure, you can include multiple exercise sets within a single interval. • Rest laps can now end automatically. When you set a duration for a Rest lap, Apple Watch automatically moves to the next step when the time is up. • Added a cooldown feature. You can now record the cooldown phase after your workout. • Improved the running recording flow. Before starting a workout, you can choose indoor or outdoor running directly on Apple Watch. • Added a new Settings tab. You can choose how outdoor runs are saved: as an Outdoor Run or as Multisport.

Race Mode is now more flexible. You can use it not only for HYROX, but also for other fitness race formats such as Gymrace and TRYKA. It also supports adjusted HYROX-style simulations, including formats like HYROX Half. And for Apple Watch Ultra users, HyRhythm now supports the Action Button, making it easier to control your workout during training and race simulations.
