The videos that came have really great quality but they took a little long to generate
Scam
Adam's Super fangirl
I just totally paid 9 dollars and something for subscription and when I was going to pay for more credits to be able to do a trend, i literally clicked off the app for one second, click back on it, I had one credit left when I didn’t create anything and had 250. On top of that it was showing I needed to pay again for a subscription. I don’t think so. I’m trying to get a refund for my 10 bucks. What a disappointment.
Developer Response
Hi, we’re sorry your credits disappeared and the app asked you to subscribe again after you had already paid. Please email support@nsketch.ai with your account email and purchase details so we can check your subscription and credit balance and help with your refund concerns. We understand how frustrating this is and want to help make things right.
Not Worth the Money
Ring Kai
I paid for the subscription and was very disappointed. The generated images look nothing like the advertised examples. Face similarity is poor, details are often incorrect, and many results look unrealistic. I spent a lot of time uploading photos and training the model, but the final output was still unusable. I hope the developers focus on improving the AI instead of marketing. I cannot recommend this app in its current state.
Developer Response
We’re sorry the results didn’t meet your expectations. Face similarity, realism and detail consistency are areas we’re actively improving. Please contact us at support@nsketch.ai with your account email and a few examples of the results and we’ll review what happened and help make things right, including restoring credits where appropriate. Thank you for the honest feedback.
