The music is built for the exact session: building through the work, easing through the rest. NEW: RACE SETS Pick a target finish time, like a sub-20 5K, press play at the start, and run to the beat. Race Sets are built around PR efforts and the points where a race gets hardest, with the music rising in intensity and cadence right where you need it. Available for the 5K and 10K. CADENCE MUSIC (170 / 180 BPM) Train your rhythm while you enjoy what you hear. Cadence music at 170 and 180 BPM helps you hold a steady beat and build cadence awareness, so it feels natural and not forced. INTENSITY & EFFORT From easy runs to hard tempo sessions, choose music matched to the effort of your run. BUILD YOUR OWN RUNS Create and save your own sessions from the RUNNERS HIGH catalogue.
