I was t able to try one before I signed up. It gave me a demo it had loaded that obviously was accurate. I tested several sports signatures that were fairly easy to identify. It got 1 of 5 correct. One picture had a name plate of a totally different player in the photo and of course said it was that person. Not sure how this AI functions but I am beyond disappointed and feel ripped off. Shame on me for having some faith and signing up for a month rather than the lesser expensive week.
I’m really sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you taking the time to explain what happened.Autograph identification is still a challenging problem, and while the demo shows an example result, real-world photos can sometimes lead to incorrect matches — especially when extra text or nameplates appear in the image. That said, your feedback is valid, and accuracy has been improved in recent updates. If you feel the app didn’t meet your expectations, subscriptions are managed by Apple and you can request a refund directly through your Apple ID purchase history. If you’re willing, please contact support from within the app — I’d like to review the images you tested and help improve the system further.Thank you for trying the app, and sorry again for the disappointment.
