Led by the glory-seeking Ricard and his level-headed companion, Faith, the group features an entertaining dynamic. There is Magnus, a battle-hungry youth who ironically manages to miss almost every fight, alongside Berta and Czeslaw—two aggressive weapon masters ready to take on anyone. While the narrative starts straightforwardly, the pacing picks up as a deeper conspiracy pits humans against monsters. The stakes rise when you realize the "sinspawns" embody the seven deadly sins. Packed with well-timed humor and a surprising plot twist, the ending was entirely unexpected.

I like that they immerse you in the adventure from the start. Interesting characters that surprised me with some unpredictable moments. It’s great to read something fresh for a change.
