A redesigned wallet, a simpler top up, and pay for a friend's ride. YOUR WALLET The wallet has a new look. Your balance sits on a card with an eye to hide the amount, and your latest activity shows below it with clear amounts and times. "See all" opens the full list. TOP UP Type the amount in large, clear numbers and pay from your own number or another one. When the money arrives you see exactly what was added, with the transaction id and a link to your receipt. LIPIA MWINGINE Pay for someone else's ride straight from the wallet: tap + and choose Lipia Mwingine to book a ride for a friend. DRIVERS - On fixed routes you can drop a rider off before their turn when they ask to get off early. - Pay Commission uses the same simple screen as Top up. FIXES - No more white flash when the app opens on iPhone.

Join a shared ride with friends, a new SasaKit hub, and many fixes from the road. SASA SHARE Invite a friend to your pool with a link, or join one by scanning its QR code in the app. An invite shows the price, the pickup stop and who invited you before you join, and opening one celebrates with confetti. The route screen suggests your nearest stop with its walking distance, and the join sheet tells you when to leave to meet your ride. SASAKIT AND BUNDLES A redesigned SasaKit hub with Sasa Bundle: choose a bundle, see how many rides and how much distance you have left, and turn on Auto renew. Drivers move up tiers as they complete rides with good ratings. A FRESH LOOK Select Ride, the Rides list, the shared ride sheet and empty screens follow the new design. Place names typed in capitals now read normally. With no internet, the home shows a clear card instead of a broken map. DRIVERS AND OWNERS - Your approval shows as soon as it lands, without restarting the app. - GO ONLINE explains what is missing right above the button. - Owners can switch any vehicle on or off for bookings. - Upload licence and vehicle papers as PDF files. - Join requests for your pool arrive as notifications on Android. FIXES - A dropped connection on iPhone no longer reads as a server error. - A payment that times out is no longer repeated. - Booking uses where you are now, not where the app was opened. - Waiting charges and commission payments show correctly.

A redesigned SasaRide, with two new ways to ride. A NEW LOOK Home, Select Ride, the Route screen, Rides, ride details, receipts, the wallet and driver earnings have all been redesigned, with new vehicle art and map markers, a new tab bar, native iOS date and time wheels, and gentle haptics as you move around. SASA SHARE ROUTES Where your city runs fixed routes, pick a route and a stop (kituo), see the real price before you book, and join a pool or start your own. Change your drop-off to another stop mid-trip and see the new price first. Drivers choose the routes they run under "My routes". RIDE BUNDLES Buy a ride bundle with your wallet or mobile money, or buy one for a friend. Covered rides read "Covered by your bundle" and TZS 0 through the trip, the receipt and your history, and with Lipia mwenzako you can book a ride for a friend on your own bundle. "My bundles" tracks what is left, refunds and shared members, live. Drivers can join Akiba, save, and cash out on a bad day. PAYING The Live Activity now has a Pay step and tells you when you have arrived. Drivers can confirm cash received after a trip, including on a mobile money fare settled in cash. The payment page, wallet and Add funds screens are redesigned, and drivers can save a payout number once and reuse it. SCHEDULING Scheduling is a quick floating sheet instead of a full screen, with native wheels. FIXES - Place search is measured from your pickup, so results in another region no longer show absurd distances. - Drivers going online indoors are visible to dispatch again, and riders indoors are no longer told to turn on location that is already on. - Only drivers who can actually reach you show on the map, so a vehicle type with nobody nearby reads as unavailable instead of a 900-minute pickup. - Calls end on the right call, with no stray re-ring on iPhone. - Shared links open the right app, and a link opened in a browser now says what it is. - A trusted contact without the app can follow your shared trip in their browser. - Eve chat picks up your ride receipt without reopening the thread.
