Brain won’t shut off? Sleep games will fix that. Instead of scrolling, play a few calm games. Then, lay down, close your eyes, and switch to eyes-closed audio games, which you’ll continue playing as you drift off. Why Sleep Arcade Works: Normal games and social media sites are too bright and stimulating to encourage sleep. Meditations and sleep stories are passive and don’t fully occupy your wandering mind. Sleep Arcade gives you a new, low-stimulation wind down routine. Then, once relaxed, switch to an eyes-closed game to seal the deal. Eyes-Open Games: Card Match Slide Puzzle Simon Says Block Puzzle Solo Noble 2048 Eyes-Closed Audio Games: Choose a Path Sound Memory Blind Math Count the “THE” Fall asleep faster with Sleep Arcade and start feeling HUMAN again. Try 3 nights FREE – cancel anytime. Terms of Use - https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ Sleep Arcade is your go to app for relaxing games for sleep. If you're looking to break the habit of doomscrolling before bed, these gentle minigames and relaxing puzzles will help you wind down. These calm games are perfect for anyone who is looking for simple, soothing activities to help fall asleep.

I’d like to go in noting that this is definitely a pay to access app once your trial ends: however, it’s worth it, and not expensive. The developers clearly had a goal when they made this. Not only did they ensure the colors were dark to set you up for bed, but also use red accents instead of blue to avoid blue light telling your brain to wake up. The games are low intensity, fun, easy to understand, and with the recent addition of choose your path, I suspect our devs here have dabbled in DnD.. 10/10

I know I should probably be reading or something before bed but this at least has gotten me to stop doom scrolling. I like the eyes closed games

it starts off by telling you how much better than other apps it is, how they’re not nearly as greedy, and then immediately starts trying to get you to buy premium without even getting to try the games. if you say no they ask again, and again, and again, every time trying to guilt you a little more into giving them money with options like “i’ll stay wondering,” “i don’t want to sleep well,” etc. after like three times saying no, they give you a pop up that essentially says “well fine, i GUESS we can give you a discount since you’re so persistent but you have to buy it in ten minutes or it will be full price again.” keep in mind i never got to try the games.

Thank you for your feedback. We do offer a 3-day free trial for everyone so that they can try all the games prior to paying. In the latest version of the app, which we just released, there is a free eyes open game and a free eyes closed game for everyone, regardless of whether they select a free trial or not. There is currently also the full sleep sound library and breathing exercises available to everyone. We hope you will come back and try the app again now that we have released the update.

I love the idea. It’s super great. They set up is awesome. Love the music. Love the sleep reminder love the games definitely come to my body, but what I didn’t like. Is that you had to pay for all of the games for me personally I’m not going to pay for me to be sleeping. What I think would’ve been nice is if you had at least one free game for each category so then we could at least test it out for me personally I do not try out the free trials because I am personally forgetful. So I love the idea and the whole building around it. I’m just not willing to pay to sleep.
