I could not figure out how to cancel my subscription for Claimbee. I have tried and tried canceling my account and subscription. I went to the support team and they responded very quickly to help me. They took my subscription and cancelled it for me. Without any issues.

Thanks for the kind words — glad support sorted it out quickly.That said, you shouldn't have needed us in the first place. Cancelling should be something you can do yourself in a couple of taps, and we're working on making that clearer in the app.

I ask for this to be cancelled, and it took approximately 2 weeks. They were very nice and understanding. They also found that I had 2 more accounts, and cancelled them. There was never any negative responses, and it was taken care of.

Easy to Get in, Hard to Get Out

Seems to work well, but it wasn’t obvious that I was signing up for more than one week. Then a new charge appeared . To get out, I had to use the web interface and jump through MANY hoops to (apparently) unsubscribe.

App crashes
Damnite
Actually worked great for the first month or 2 and I got some money back. Then the app would constantly crash. Since it's a paid service I cancelled my subscription. A shame really because it worked well when it worked but I'm not paying for an app that won't even open
