Ticket benefits: A section for ticket holders would have been awesome. Showing the specific benefits and opportunities for each ticket level would have made it much easier to know what we had access to and to get the most out of our tickets. For example, nothing in any of the communications made it clear that VIP+ had essentially no benefits on Thursday night beyond the viewing area. An in-app breakdown by day and ticket level would have set expectations upfront.Schedule: This was the best part of the app. Browsing the schedule, marking favorites, and getting "starting soon" reminders all worked well.Future wishlist: In-app chat with a knowledgeable staff member. On Thursday, another couple and I asked four or five people on the ground where the regular VIP Lounge was, and no one seemed to know. A live help chat with someone who actually has the answers would have saved us a lot of wandering. It would also cover the gaps the map and notifications left.Used on an iPhone 17 Pro running iOS 26.6.2.

Not only did the app never show me my tickets I purchased, it also would return me to my home screen every time I opened it. Not to mention how horrendous this weekend was. The communication from the festival and the app were not given as it said it would be. Being told we would be updated quickly, getting our last update around 7:45 pm, then being told the rest of the show had been cancelled at 9:40 pm was terrible. Those who were not VIP were pushed out of the festival, some with no vehicle or nowhere to go while being out in the freezing rain, while those VIP people were allowed to stay sheltered in the buildings at the festival. No one could get their belongings or merch they bought out of the lockers as the security were pushing and grabbing people out of the locker area. Allowing those who bought single day Saturday tickets to just come on Sunday, but give the people who bought the 3 day pass nothing but extreme crowds and long lines for the bathroom and food for that Sunday ruined the whole experience. There should’ve been a plan b for the weather, as the festival definitely knew the weather would turn bad eventually. This definitely could’ve been handled better, and I hope this festival makes things right with everyone who attended and missed out on their favorite artists.

Very convenient with being able to locate things and see who is playing when

App was super helpful when it came to planning when i should switch stages, along with a good map as well! Excited for this year !
