Simple Invoice Scanner
Scan receipts, send as PDF
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Snap your invoice and you're done: the app turns it into a clean PDF and can send it straight to your accountant. New: all your invoices at a glance.
No more paper piles: with Rechnung Scanner you snap invoices, bills and receipts and instantly get a clean PDF – ready for filing, bookkeeping or your accountant.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Tap the camera button and hold the invoice in view – the page is detected and straightened automatically.
2. Several pages? Just scan them one after another, everything ends up in one PDF.
3. Done. The PDF is saved and, if you like, prepared as an e-mail right away.
STRAIGHT TO YOUR ACCOUNTANT
Enter your accountant's e-mail address once. After every scan, a ready-made e-mail opens with the PDF attached and the subject "Invoice from [date, time]". All you have to do is tap Send.
ALL YOUR INVOICES AT A GLANCE
The "Invoices" tab shows all saved documents sorted by month, with thumbnail, date, page count and file size. Tap to preview. Select several invoices and share them together via AirDrop, Mail, Messages or the Files app – perfect for month-end.
YOU DECIDE WHERE IT'S SAVED
• On your device – also in the Files app under "On My iPhone/iPad"
• In iCloud Drive – in the "Rechnung-Scanner" folder, automatically on all your devices and in Finder on your Mac
• Or both
FAST WHEN IT NEEDS TO BE
If you like, the camera opens right when the app starts. Open, scan, done.
SIMPLE AND PRIVATE
No account, no sign-up, no subscription. Your invoices stay on your device or in your iCloud and only go where you send them.
FOR IPHONE AND IPAD
In English and German, with Dark Mode and support for larger text.
Rechnung Scanner is free and supported by ads. A one-time in-app purchase removes ads for good – also on your other devices with the same Apple ID.
