I’ve been using this app for a little over 3 months now and honestly, it’s been great. It does exactly what it says it will. I really like that it gives me a clear plan to improve my VO₂ max using specific protocols, not just random workouts.The challenges help a lot with motivation and make it easier to stay consistent. I also really appreciate the AI insights — they help me understand how I’m doing, what’s working, and what I should focus on next, which makes the training feel more intentional.One thing that could make the app even better is more flexibility or customization in the plans (for example, adjusting around busy weeks or swapping workouts more easily). Overall though, it’s been a solid, effective app and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone trying to improve their VO₂ max.

I’ve been using this app for a little over a month. The ease of using the 4x4 protocol with the watch app has been a game changer, and there are other protocols you can follow. I signed up for one of the challenges, which was a very rewarding experience, helping to keep me focused on my journey to better health and improved longevity. At one point I reached out to the developers with a question and they were quick to respond and asked for feedback. I highly recommend you try this out if you are interested in VO2 training. It’s been a game changer for me!

Dev can’t figure out basics, so …

I have no faith in Dev’s ability to handle the requisite complex science / math to access VO2Max issues with reasonable accuracy. That depends on mastery of details; Dev has proven s/he’s NOT up to the task. Exhibits: (A) *must* create account to see/test ANYthing = consumer-hostile. (B) App refuses to retain chosen Imperial option, consistently defaulting back to Metric. = lack of rudimentary skills. (C) “Delete account” process MUCH more onerous than necessary. = ridiculous. Deleted.
