I’ve had 3 children, and I experienced urinary stress-incontinence before finding this program a couple of years ago. I had tried in-person pelvic floor physical therapy, chiropractic, exercise programs, pelvic floor books, and more. I couldn’t stick with anything. I found this program and was able to keep at it regularly! I actually tied the 5-10-minute workout session to another part of my day that I couldn’t skip - my own bedtime/tooth-brushing time after the kids were in bed - and that habit stacking, plus the inherent feeling of being obligated to my squad (gentle social pressure that happens to work for me), was able to get me to commit it a daily habit that I’d never done before. You wouldn’t believe it, but 5 minutes a day, done every day, makes a huge difference over the long run. It’s not all or nothing (my weakness with exercise) - on exhausted nights I’d just do a quick stretch from bed to keep my “streak” going (even on New Year’s Eve haha). After completing many of these programs, I was able to stop leaking when I sneeze or cough and I feel like my life has changed for the better. The moms in our squad have also become my long-distance friends, and I love the supportive (never competitive) atmosphere (some folks like competition and there are also moms who enjoy that with them, too). I am SO grateful I found Dr. Stephanie’s programs. My world has absolutely improved because of what she created!

I can’t overestimate how much of difference this program has made in my life. I’m 2 years postpartum from my youngest, and I was really struggling to make headway in rebuilding my strength, posture, overall physicality. I would try to ease back into old workouts, but my core, and some other muscles weren’t engaging right. I dealt with pain, and even injury. I started this program slowly, and after a bit, the pain I had from before I began went away and my posture began to straighten up more, my muscles engaged properly. It felt like being rebuilt in a way I didn’t understand how to do before, even with all the postpartum workouts I could find online. Since then, I’ve been building more strength, and dare I say it, even slimming down. Finding a way to rebuild my body has changed so much about how I live life, even my mental state, and given me a passion to keep building on it. I’m enjoying this so much, I don’t even care if I sound gushy. :)

I love these workouts! I’ve been doing them for 2 years and am in awe of the results I got (and continue to get) in a short period of time with no weights or equipment - my core is stronger, ab separation is gone and I notice endurance improvement in other activities (skiing). Plus, the workouts are flexible to fit my working mom life - sometimes just 5 min/day and sometimes several 5-25 minute chunks throughout the day for 1+ hours of exercise. There are even mommy + kid workouts that let your kids get involved so that you can still get a workout in even on the days when the kids don’t want to be put down. And the squads and milestone badges are fun and keep you motivated! All of that being said, this new app they just rolled out still has some kinks to fix to make it easier to navigate! But the program itself is good enough to keep me here while they continue to improve!

This program has changed my life drastically in the best way; I couldn’t imagine how it could do any better- and then, this app came out. …the hardest part of getting more active and fit is starting and staying consistent- I am so happy to have found this when I did, and can say today I’m on a 514 day streak… idk can do this- anyone can! I can’t scream it loud enough but, “MOMS (and this also works for the girls/ladies whom haven’t yet had children)- START HERE, NOW- find the pocket of time, and make it a habit, everyday…. You will see improvement in more than just your strength- also in your energy, mood, and mental focus and clarity will improve… 100% worth it- but you will never know if you don’t give it the honest try!” OBSESSED WITH THIS
