Give your busy mind something to DO until sleep takes over. Play calming sleep games with your eyes closed. Move beyond meditations, bedtime stories, and relaxing sounds. Those passive options only involve listening and leave too much room for your thoughts to wander. Don’t try to clear your mind. Occupy it with simple, audio-based word games, counting challenges, and spot-the-difference lists. Boring by Design: These cozy, audio-only games are designed to quiet intrusive thoughts and ease you into dreamland. They keep your mind just engaged enough to prevent stressful or anxious thoughts, but not so engaged that you stay awake. No blue light, no screens, no scrolling. Just close your eyes, play, and drift off. Terms of Use - https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

Nice alternative to Calm sometimes

Stories actually do work for me most of the time, but not all of the time. This is something different for those times that stories just can’t hack it. The voice used in the app is very smooth, calm, and comforting. The games are simple to understand, but I feel like I’m struggling to complete them. It might be nice to have some hands free stuff, because I put my phone on the charger at night and I can’t tell you the number of times my Kindle has fallen out of my hands when I fall sleep reading. I like to wake up to a charged phone.

Developer said they are working at removing the tap to continue on stories/while listening. I love the visuals, the narrator/ideas, just found tapping kind of kept me awake. Really looking forward To when that’s added and would say 5 stars hands down then.

UPDATE: The app developer was super quick with a response and very communicative about ensuring that I was able to get in. I would give 5 stars on just that even if I didn’t like the app. But after getting in, I have played with it for about ten minutes and I am very excited about this app. I’ll find out tonight! ORIGINAL:I can’t get past the “what time do you want to begin your nightly ritual?” Fix this. I should be asleep by now.

Glad we could solve the issue for you and happy to hear you're enjoying the app so far. :)

I love this app. I have a lot of anxiety around bedtime. I have been using this app for a few weeks now to help me. I love that the voice is calm. I love how she waits for an answer and there are no sounds that rouse me when I do fall sleep. I have been putting the phone arms distance away so that I don’t have to live anything g except for the finger I use to tap the screen. it’s the post perfect digital sleep aid…for me and my brain.
