**Stop sinking under your to-do list.**
Every ship has a "Plimsoll Line", a mark on its hull that indicates the maximum safe load. If you load cargo past that line, the ship sinks.
*You are no different.* You have a limit to how much mental "cargo" you can carry in a day. Yet, standard to-do lists encourage you to add infinite tasks until you drown in anxiety.
Plimsoll is a calm, visual planner designed to help you respect your capacity.
**WHY IT WORKS**
*Visual Limits:* Watch the water line rise as you add tasks. When it hits the mark, stop.
*Immediate small action:* Tap on the widget to record your mood without having to see the tasks. No guilt. Or open the "Pause and Breathe" screen from the app to recover from stress.
*Integrates with Reminders app:* Keep using Reminders, Plimsoll enhances your existing tasks.
*ADHD Friendly:* No red "overdue" badges. No flashing lights. Just a safe harbor for your thoughts.
**100% FREE. NO PAYWALLS.**
Tired of "free" mental health apps that lock their best features behind expensive monthly subscriptions? Plimsoll is fully unlocked from the moment you download it. There are no ads, no trackers, and no paywalls. If the app helps you navigate your day, there is an optional "Tip Jar" inside where you can buy me a coffee or give me a push to keep development going.
**A NOTE FROM THE DEVELOPER**
I built Plimsoll because standard planners gave me anxiety. I wanted a tool that didn't yell at me, but instead helped me stay afloat. I built this as a solo passion project to help others find that same peace.
If you are tired of productivity apps that make you feel less productive, welcome aboard.
• A Mood widget to tap to express your feelings right from the home screen
• "Pause and Breathe" when the mood is looking gray or whenever you feel you need some relief
