SplitSlip splits shared bills fairly: item by item, not just 50/50.
Scan the receipt or add the expense by hand, then assign each line to the people who had it. Shared a starter? Split that line between several people. SplitSlip works out who owes what.

FRIENDS WITHOUT THE APP
• Share a view-only link: friends open it in their browser with no install and see the expenses, item assignments and balances. They can't edit anything. To join a project and edit it, they install SplitSlip and sign in.

Ratings & Reviews

• SplitSlip now opens in your phone's language the first time you launch it, if it's English, Norwegian, Swedish, German, French, Spanish, Italian or Portuguese. Counts like "1 person" and "2 people" now read correctly in every language.
• Expired invitations are shown as expired and can no longer be accepted.
• Better automatic categories for scanned receipts.
• Privacy: usage analytics stays off until you allow it, and you can change your choice in Settings. Error reports have personal data such as email, receipt text and amounts removed before they are sent.
