This is a major flow change, so all clients are moved to 2.0.0. ### Added - **Negotiation ordering (pay after you agree)** — instead of paying upfront, you send an inspection request from the vehicle review and start a chat with the inspector. The inspector sends a price offer (broken down per vehicle for multi-car requests), you can counter, and once you accept you get a pay-now countdown window to complete payment. Chat shows offer / counter / waiting / paid cards, a negotiation event-log timeline, the agreed currency, and a "go to chat" action after payment. Unpaid requests auto-expire after one week with one-tap re-request. - **Essential & Expert inspection types** — inspectors choose a type during onboarding and each derives its own form. Expert inspections require the inspector to upload their own photo/video evidence before completing, with an upload flow showing progress and error states. Equipment and service labels come from the backend and are localized. - **Inspector visibility gate + guided setup** — inspectors with an incomplete profile (no service area or missing requirements) are hidden from client search until they finish a new step-by-step setup covering service area, payout details, and profile completion. Clients now see clearer "no services available" states. - **Automatic content translation** — messages, inspection details, disputes, reviews, delivery addresses, and service names written by other users are auto-translated into your app language, with a "Translated / Show original" chip (globe icon + source-language name). Covers 5–6 locales. ### Changed - **Orders & chat** — negotiation orders now live in chat; the chat list shows the vehicle title and a localized last-message preview; request, offer, and waiting cards were redesigned per Figma. - **Accessibility** — price inputs and text fields are scale-safe, so enlarged system-font / larger-text settings no longer break their layouts. - **Localization** — service names and the PDF report viewer now render in the app language; German number, address, and city-search formatting fixed. ### Fixed - **Phone login** no longer drops your session after signing in. - **Bonus checkout** — paying with a bonus balance no longer removes the referral-bonus record from history; the correct minimum card amount is charged. - **Single / saved-vehicle inspection** now opens the right screen instead of redirecting incorrectly, and back-navigation in the create flow works. - **Long vehicle names** are truncated instead of pushing the layout sideways. - **Dispute submission** matches the design and includes an evidence viewer. - **Chat** loads reliably with auto-retry on transient failures; chat header sizing and multi-photo message backgrounds fixed.

Sprint S4 — referral program with wallet rewards, saved-inspector favorites, one-tap rebooking, in-chat attachments, a paginated notification center, order-status push notifications with deep links, the post-delivery dispute flow, smarter inspector discovery, and a simplified single-flow signup. ### Added - **Referral program** — every account gets a unique referral code to share (native share sheet + deep link); a new user can enter a code at signup, and when they complete their first order the referrer earns a wallet bonus. A dedicated Invite Friends page shows your code, total earned, and a referral history ledger (credits and bonus-spend rows merged by date). Referral pushes open the Invite Friends screen directly. - **Favorites / saved inspectors** — save inspectors with a heart on inspector cards and portfolios; works offline (stored on-device).
