We've been hard at work implementing UI and backend changes based on your feedback! We're always listening to suggestions and concerns so let us know if you have an idea or an issue! Overall the entire app should feel snappier, cleaner and better suited for achieving your goals! Here's what we changed... Redesign of the Supplements page, based on your feedback. • You can now view your tracked supplements based on time-of-day. • You can now archive a supplement rather than delete it entirely, then view archived supplements to restore or delete. • The supplements view has been cleaned up to reflect your feedback and make it easier to manage a large number of supplements. • Supplement notifications can now be turned off per supplement while keeping your "time-to-take" time available. • Performance improvements. Redesign of the Habits page, based on your feedback. • New interface for habits. • Performance improvements. Fixed some UI bugs pertaining to light/dark mode settings. Moved the Knowledge and Learning Articles aka "Ascendry Intel Hub" to its own tab on the navigation bar. Began implementation of new exercise example images which will be shown; • in the exercise database search • on exercise details pages • in your workout by tapping on the active exercise Removed the XP progression and leveling system which proved to not be used/important to you, our users. XP rewards and leveling has been completely removed. Leveling and XP may return at a future time as an optional feature for those who wish to use it.

• You can now more easily create templates from the Workouts page by tapping "add new" under user templates. Previously, you would complete a "quick start" workout and save it as a template at the conclusion. This will allow you to create your workouts ahead of time and prepare you to succeed! • Fixed a bug that would somtimes cause the screen to turn solid white/grey when ranking up on the home page. • Changed how you advance in rank when earning XP. You now will be notified when a rank up is available, and then be able to claim the new rank on the home page. • Other bug fixes and improvements. We're constantly testing and updating the app to make it faster, more reliable, and to bring new features based on your feedback! Leave suggestions under "Help" in the settings page of the app.

During any workout, tap the timer at the top of the page to use quick timers in preset increments. • Performance improvements for daily habit and supplement log creation. • New: You can now comment on Intel Articles and "like" your favorites. • Made the walkthrough tutorials more user-friendly. • Fixed a bug that would cause the screen to turn solid grey/white when deleting an exercise from the end of a workout. • Fixed a bug that would sometimes cause the current exercise to not update properly when deleting any exercise in the workout.

• Added ability to change your account email for log-in and authentication. • Made it easier to edit your profile/account information. • Fixed a bug that sometimes caused the user to not be able to change their social media links on their profile. • Fixed a bug that sometimes caused a "read sheet" on an article page to not be dismissed properly.

The team has been getting ready for the New Year with several UI enhancements, performance improvements and new features! - Nexus AI has entered the chat. Nexus is being integrated into the app at all levels to help you along your journey. Each update, expect to see more Nexus and more progress! - With an Ascendry Pro subscription, you can now browse through a massive database of health, fitness and productivity articles with short read times to increase your knowledge and build your understanding. - The Workout Page now has a "barcode button" on the top right corner which stores and displays your gym scan card for checking in at your gym. - Accessibility improvements.
