Honestly, the payment system is extremely frustrating. How can a delivery app have no alternative payment option for customers who don’t use Telebirr? In Ethiopia, where people use different banks and payment methods, making Telebirr the only option is a huge limitation. Please provide proper alternatives instead of forcing customers to have a specific payment platform just to place an order.

Thank you for the feedback. We completely understand the need for more payment options. With klik 2.0, we’ve integrated M-PESA and ArifPay, which will be available starting August 25, 2026. Terrible service and waste of time

Extremely disappointing service. I waited almost 3 and a half hours for a simple cookie order, only for it to be canceled in the end. Poor communication, terrible customer service, and a complete waste of time. This app is unreliable and honestly not worth using. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Charged in full for a service they refuse to deliver—literally

I am officially deleting this app after one too many unacceptable experiences. Klik forces you to pay in full upfront, yet they consistently fail to deliver on their end of the bargain.Over the past few weeks, my orders have been delayed by hours, not minutes. When I try to call customer support to find out where my food is, I am either left on hold indefinitely or, on the rare occasion someone picks up, they offer absolutely no solution—just empty apologies. They refuse to issue refunds for the delays, and they will not escalate the issue to a manager.I have provided feedback multiple times hoping things would improve, but the service has only gotten worse. At this point, I am tired of paying a premium for cold food and zero accountability.Do not fall for the convenience. If something goes wrong, you are on your own. I am deleting my account and taking my business elsewhere.
