Start documenting now. Log what happened, add the proof, keep everything connected, export a clear record — and get help responding or setting boundaries when you need it
Start building a clear private record of what happened. ProofLog helps you record what happened, keep the supporting proof with it, and build a clear private record you can return to or export when needed.
Log incidents, exchanges, schedule changes, school issues, medical concerns, messages, and other important events. Add screenshots, photos, PDFs, and documents directly to the entries they support — or save files first and connect them later.
Your Story and Files stay together in one organized Record, with timestamps and record history that make it easier to see what happened, what was added, and when.
When communication gets difficult, ProofLog also includes focused Guidance tools to help you slow down, think clearly, and decide what to say next.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Log what happened
Record incidents, exchanges, schedule changes, school issues, medical concerns, messages, and other important events while the details are fresh.
• Add proof
Save screenshots, photos, PDFs, and documents. Link them to the entry they support or keep them available to connect later.
• Build your Record
View your chronological Story and supporting Files together in one private place.
• Keep a clear history
See when records were created, when supporting files were added, and when entries were changed.
• Export your record
Create an organized PDF of your entries and supporting evidence when you need to share or review it.
• Reply Calmly
Turn emotionally charged messages into clearer, more grounded responses.
• Set a Boundary
Draft firm, respectful wording without overexplaining or escalating conflict.
• Reply or Wait
Think through whether a message needs a response now, later, or at all.
• Talk It Out
Work through a difficult situation before deciding what to say or do next.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
ProofLog is built as your private record. It is not a shared messaging platform, shared calendar, or portal that another person joins.
Your records remain private unless you choose to export or share them.
ProofLog can be especially useful for high-conflict co-parenting, custody documentation, difficult communication, high-conflict divorce, and other situations where keeping a clear record matters.
ProofLog is not legal advice, therapy, or crisis support.

I am thankful to have come across this app and am loving the features. It helps manage relationships from more than just one angle. It’s to the point, the UX is so easy and the navigation color coordination helps my scattered brain. Need to journal something? You Can! Need to save screenshots from a conversation with your CoParent? Easy peasy! Where was this app when I was younger for my divorced parents?! I think being able to take a step back and have this app check my response before I send is helpful.
Literally the most helpful app out there!

I don’t have kids, but I downloaded this to help manage tense conversations with a difficult family member, and it’s been surprisingly useful. When a message gets under my skin, the app helps me pause and think before firing back. The suggested responses are firm but neutral, and they’ve kept several conversations from spiraling. Even outside of coparenting, this is one of the best communication tools I’ve found.

I’ve tried a lot of coparenting apps and most are just calendars or messaging tools. This is the first one that actually helped me THINK through difficult conversations before responding. The “Talk It Out” section feels like texting a calm friend when you’re upset, and the boundary responses helped me word things in a way that was firm without making things worse.
