EMF Meter turns the magnetometer inside your phone into a live magnetic field meter. Hold the top of the phone near a wall, a charger or a magnet and watch the needle move, the level bar change colour and the number climb. Use it to find wiring and hidden metal, to see how strong a magnet is, in a physics lesson, or on a ghost hunt. THE METER • Live reading in microtesla (µT), milligauss (mG) or gauss (G). • A zone dial and a six-level colour bar, from Normal to Very high. You set the alert levels yourself. • X, Y and Z axes, the peak reading, and the Earth baseline with one-tap recalibration. • Sound and vibration alerts, so you can watch the room instead of the screen. • Three sampling rates, from Power saver to Fast for short spikes. Keep the screen on during long scans. RECORD AND REVIEW • One tap on Record starts the scan and the recording together. • Give each session a name, a location and a note. • History sorts your sessions into Today, This week and months, and you can search by name or location. • Every session has a chart with its peak, average and duration. • Share a session as an image, or export every reading to CSV with Pro. GOOD TO KNOW • Test my sensor: a short check with a fridge magnet tells you whether your phone's magnetometer responds. • Typical readings: what Earth's field, a magnet or a speaker usually measure, for orientation. • Works offline. Your sessions stay on your phone, and you can export or delete all your data in Settings. • 12 languages. • Made for iPhone and iPad. TWO LOOKS Instrument is the default theme: calm and easy to read. Spectral, included with EMF Meter Pro, paints the current level's colour behind the dial. You can try it live before you decide. EMF METER PRO Free recordings stop at 5 minutes, and everything up to then is saved. Pro removes all ads, records with no time limit, exports sessions to CSV and adds the Spectral theme.
