I personally really like this company's games [many diff app names for same app] , I have always been paid out to my debit card or paypal within approx. 30mins or less,, which is awesome. If the cashout is close to $100 or above, and sometimes just randomly for any amount... the payout will typically be delayed up to two days max. So they definitely pay out regardless, and usually fairly quickly. Besides that, here are some things to keep in mind, there is no way you will be able to reach over min. payout amount if you never make any deposit.. they wont admit to it ever, but you will be capped at a certain amount that is close to payout min. if a sufficient deposit amt [i would say $5-$20 worth of deposits typically will get rid of the max win cap/allow u to win over payout min] has never been processed. Also, if/when u have to do KYC (id verification).... if it fails for whatever reason, then u are out of luck [no retries to verify ID will be available] & will never be able to withdraw w that account. Their support is basically impossible to get assistance from. I know these things from lots of firsthand personal experience with company/companies' apps, so I hope it helps others who decide to play their games.

People have a misconception that they should come out big whenever they spend money on apps such as this. Won 30 and cashed 20 of it out using a lucky 30 cent spin (free play btw). I don’t always win when I spend. I don’t always spend when I win. I have won jackpots for the ones you can donate 10 cents or more per spin to be entered in them. Not the huge ones, but like 145 dollars was the largest so far. Once you start cashing out you will fall in love with these apps. I’ve had spinning greedy work out once for me. Hit for like 3400 on poly casino. They didn’t want to pay to anyone in my state (despite me proving to them that it was completely legal under the sc model here). Had a friend cash that out. This is SC (not gambling with real money), so if you are in Maryland you are good to cash out and play with MOST (but not all) sc casinos. It took me longer to write this review than it did for cash avalanche to send me the money that I had asked to redeem. Love these guys! —Rob

Update: So I did what the developers response said to do, I sent yet ANOTHER email. This time with the screenshot of the review attached to it. As expected, still no response from any of them. It’s been over two weeks since the first email. There were no rule breaks or money laundering, I spent 600$, won 900$, and then got banned and am out both the 900 and 600. And they refuse to communicate in any way other than the pre-typed review responses.I had no problems with this app and loved it, even though my luck is terrible and I lost a lot of money. And then out of no where, after spending a decent chunk of change to try my luck, I hit big and won over 900$. Went to redeem it, and it was stuck in processing for two days. And then out of no where my account was locked out. The message when I tried to log in claimed unusual behavior and to “Contact customer support and we can work through this together.” The customer support chat on the app is an AI bot that does not help at all. So I sent an email to the customer support email listed in their terms of service. They have not responded, even after several days. So I’m out the money I won, and I’m out the money I risked to win. And I can’t even get a response telling me why.
