I personally really like this company's games [many diff app names for same app] , I have always been paid out to my debit card or paypal within approx. 30mins or less,, which is awesome. If the cashout is close to $100 or above, and sometimes just randomly for any amount... the payout will typically be delayed up to two days max. So they definitely pay out regardless, and usually fairly quickly. Besides that, here are some things to keep in mind, there is no way you will be able to reach over min. payout amount if you never make any deposit.. they wont admit to it ever, but you will be capped at a certain amount that is close to payout min. if a sufficient deposit amt [i would say $5-$20 worth of deposits typically will get rid of the max win cap/allow u to win over payout min] has never been processed. Also, if/when u have to do KYC (id verification).... if it fails for whatever reason, then u are out of luck [no retries to verify ID will be available] & will never be able to withdraw w that account. Their support is basically impossible to get assistance from. I know these things from lots of firsthand personal experience with company/companies' apps, so I hope it helps others who decide to play their games.

I was in the middle of playing and was kicked out where my app went to restart but was told I needed to contact customer support. There I was told they no longer serve Washington State. Which I am 1000s of miles on the other side of the country on East Coast. My location is on and no VPN address changing app is running either. I told them this and just told “tech support is looking into this”. I asked reasonable questions like how long before I should hear back and how will I hear back. I was then told they will contact me on the chat window…. Seriously I am just supposed to keep it open for days waiting? I asked other questions like how it says will send money paypal but I don’t have paypal but used applepay and cashapp while played the game and received winnings. Just retold the same thing about tech support. If it is going off location then shouldn’t it be where phone is located? Seems like more than a glitch and I can not even access my account at al so if I was in Washington but traveled to another state I still wouldn’t be able to play.

My account got blocked out of nowhere simply for opening the app while traveling through Washington, D.C. — a restriction they quietly introduced on May 1st with zero notice. And when I reached out for help? Their “support” is just an AI bot spitting out canned responses — you’ll never reach a real human who can actually resolve your issue. I’ve had to beg just to get a refund of my own money.If you’re thinking about downloading or spending money here — DON’T. Your balance can be locked at any time over things completely out of your control, like your location. There’s no transparency, no warning, no real customer support, and no easy way to get your money back.Save yourself the headache and find an app that actually respects its users. This one will take your money, lock you out without warning, and leave you talking to a bot. 🚩
