You have to restart the app multiple times before it'll connect to the device when it's set to sync mode but eventually it does work. Feels like software someone with no programming experience whipped up in 2 minutes with AI.

I bought this product because it looks cool and connects really well. But here's a suggestion: Could you extend the video/GIF playback duration beyond 3 seconds? Three seconds is just too short—I think around 9-15 seconds would be more appropriate. Not sure if this feature is adjusted through the app or inherent to the badge itself. It’s in good condition but you gotta restart the app multiple times like that user said until a pop up will appear I think it’s good but not worth the effort

I regret getting this device from this company. The app is horrible. It constantly disconnects from device. The battery life is good for max, an hour. I don’t recommend.
