PRIVACY AND SECURITY
Your tickets stay between your device and your own Zammad server — there is no account to create and no middleman for your helpdesk data. Your API token is stored on your device. Chat messages are end-to-end encrypted, so the relay used to deliver them only ever holds ciphertext.
FREE, WITH AN OPTIONAL PREMIUM UNLOCK
The app is free and ad-supported. Premium removes all ads, enables real-time notifications and the icon badge, and supports continued development. Choose a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or a one-time Lifetime Unlock with no recurring charge.
Subscriptions are charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase and renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel them in your App Store account settings.
