Wont work

I was excited about this app but we couldn’t even get it to take a pic. We kept getting an error message with each picture we tried to take.

Developer Response
You were right to be frustrated. The camera was throwing an error on every shot in that version. It was a bug on our end and it has been fixed in the current update. Sorry you got the broken build. If you update and it still misbehaves, contact us through the support link on our App Store page and we'll sort it out directly.

I tried this out on 10 different feathers, and it identified 1 correctly.

Developer Response
1 out of 10 is unacceptable, and we're sorry. That version had a broken image pipeline, so the model was often working from corrupted uploads, which explains results that bad. It has been fixed and identification accuracy has improved a lot since. We'd appreciate a second chance, and if a feather still gets misidentified, send it to us through the support link on our App Store page so we can improve the model.

This is a complete waste of time. Look elsewhere.

Every identification now tells you how much to trust it. • Confidence reflects your actual photo, with one line explaining why • Each feather is rated fresh, worn, or damaged, with a short reason • Not a feather? The app says so instead of guessing a species • The same photo gives the same species in every language • New collection: your finds are saved with a rarity tier and your best photo per species, past scans included • Smoother start, a heads-up before a free trial ends, and sharing works again
