Skin Vault is a privacy companion for your Photos app. It scans your library on-device, finds the images you'd rather not hand someone along with your phone, and helps you move them straight into the Photos app's own Hidden album — which iOS already locks behind Face ID.

HOW IT WORKS
Skin Vault reads your existing Photos library, runs each image through on-device AI (Apple's Vision framework plus a custom ONNX model), and flags sensitive content — nudity, explicit scenes, anything you'd be embarrassed to have appear in a group FaceTime. You review the results and, with one tap, hide the ones you want hidden. They go into the iOS Hidden album, which only unlocks with Face ID or Touch ID.
