small bug fixes for 2.0:
APPLE WATCH INTEGRATION
Smarter Voice Recognition
Dictate clinical events hands-free during a code. The app now uses Apple's server-side speech model with a full medical vocabulary library — drugs, doses, procedures, and natural sentence structures. Say "resuming compressions," "tube is in," or "give 1 mg epi" and it logs the right event automatically.
Live Transcript Normalization
Common speech-recognition mishearings (like "happy" → "epi" or "buy carbonate" → "bicarbonate") are silently corrected before processing, so the live transcript always shows clinical terms.
Voice-to-Note Fallback
If a voice command doesn't match a known action, it's saved as a timestamped editable note in the log. Tap any note to correct it — if you type a recognized term like "epi," the app will retroactively log the right clinical event at the original time.
Redesigned Pulse Check Screen
Shockable rhythms (V. Fib, V. Tach) and non-shockable rhythms (PEA, Asystole) are displayed as large visual cards with rhythm images. Selecting a shockable rhythm opens an energy selector (120–360 J) before logging. ROSC mode offers a full list of post-resuscitation rhythms.
Critical Care RN — Full Redesign
New pill-style tab navigation (Drips / CRRT / Reminders)
Drip and CRRT bag tracking displayed as swipeable cards with color-coded time-remaining badges
All-new CRRT UF Rate Calculator with a large, always-visible result card at the top
Goal-based hourly pull calculation accounting for live I/O rates, balance to date, planned downtime, and scheduled boluses
I/O breakdown editor (tube feeds, drips, maintenance IVs, urine, drains, and more)
Scheduled volume pre-accounting (PRBCs, antibiotics, boluses) so you don't need to adjust mid-shift
ROSC Event Logging
Saying "we have a pulse," "pulse is back," or similar phrases pauses compressions and logs a dedicated ROSC event with timestamp.
Procedure Voice Commands
Log airway, vascular access, diagnostics, electrical therapy, and ROSC care events by voice — "intubated," "IO is in," "12 lead obtained," "POCUS done," and more.
