enough with the emails
Not a big fan of the app, I don’t read Chinese and there’s no updates. Hard to tell when something is gonna be delivered.

Package status updates rely entirely on data synchronized from the actual carriers. If the carrier does not update the tracking information promptly, we, as the tool provider, cannot fetch the latest status. We kindly ask for your understanding on this matter.Additionally, we take the language barrier issue you encountered very seriously. We will continuously improve our translations in future updates to provide you with a seamless experience.
