Build an AI expert around your goals, or chat with AI companions who have their own personality and remember what you tell them. You can also play interactive stories, or create your own AI character in three steps. Every character in Vircle is AI, not a real person, and each chat says so.
EXPERTS AND ASSISTANTS
Start from a ready-made expert, such as a mentor, a language partner, a coding tutor or a writing coach, or build one around a subject you care about. Assistants, such as a job search aide, keep track of plans and reminders. Experts and assistants can check in on a schedule you set: daily, weekly or monthly, while you keep chatting.
COMPANIONS
Characters with their own personality and back story, in categories such as Family & Friends, Magic & Monsters, Space & History and Sports & Games. Dragons, fairies, anime heroes, astronauts, a retired spy, a chess champion. They remember what you tell them and can text you first, on their own timing. You can mute any of them at any time.
STORIES
Pick a scene and play it by text: mystery, survival, sci-fi, supernatural, adventure or history. Each story opens mid-scene, follows your replies and reaches one of several possible endings. Prefer your own idea? Write your own scene instead.
CREATE YOUR OWN
Make a character in three steps: choose a type, start from a preset or from scratch, then give it a name and a personality (for experts and assistants, also what they check in about and when). Pick a face from the built-in library.

AI AND SAFETY
Every character is AI, not a real person. Each chat opens with a note that says so, and the note repeats after every three hours of conversation. If a message suggests self-harm, Vircle shows helpline details. Vircle is for adults aged 18 and over. Companion chatbots may not be suitable for some minors.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
Vircle is free to download and includes a limited number of free messages. Pro and Premium let you keep chatting after that.
• Pro: keep chatting past the free messages, with up to 10 characters
• Premium: everything in Pro, plus unlimited characters, upgraded memory that searches everything you have told a character, and live web lookups with experts and assistants
Plans renew weekly or yearly. Eligible new subscribers get a 7-day free trial, and the trial and price are shown before you confirm. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm, or when the free trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel them in your App Store account settings.

• Setup asks who you want to talk to, then shows them first.
• Characters are labeled as AI, with helplines if a message suggests self harm.
• Before your first chat, a note that companion chatbots may not be suitable for some minors.
• The plan screen now says what Pro and Premium each add, when a free trial ends, how often a plan renews and where to cancel.
• The yearly plan shows the amount you are billed as its main price.
• Editing an expert or assistant keeps its yearly schedule.
• Fixes for sign-outs, a crash and overlapping bubbles.
• Fixes for the message count after Reset persona.
