I've been in constant contact with the support team since before purchasing, they have always been prompt in replying.The software itself is a no-nonsense system with a simple app, I was able to hand the tablet to four guys in the office and three of them were able to make a punch item with no prior experience or instructions. The web view is something still in progress, but it worked for us at the beginning and it has only improved since then.

We use PunchPad for punch lists during site walks. I can add items quickly while walking the site, attach photos, and send it to subs right away. The live report stays up to date, so everyone is looking at the same list. It cuts way down on calls and texts.
