Bug Fixes & Improvements: • Problem submission now shows a confirmation screen so you know your entry was saved successfully. • Fixed the Save & Exit button in the review session — it was unresponsive and now correctly returns you to the home screen after saving your progress. • Fixed an issue where the daily review reminder notification was being scheduled multiple times on app launch.
