Hello, I cannot speak on app just yet because I just downloaded it yesterday but I do know integrity is lacking with many companies/people in today’s world but to all the potential bidders /friends that need/will download these customer service reps have integrity and a very nice group of individuals. They honestly mean customer service 24/7. They have helped me more in 24 hours than many employers have failed to do in years. So far I’m very impressed. To the developers check my email correspondence and give Jat a raise. If the actual service provided is half as good as the frontline then this will be the first app in many many years that actually does/promotes the truth, helpfulness and a service we all need in our lives. So while setting up my account it took a $30 payment for “points” then I couldn’t find any good information on what points were or how they were used but from what I gathered by messing around was it was a way to place auto bids. Perhaps I didn’t read something fully and that was my fault. I thought I was just linking a card to my account but maybe I missed something; could be my fault.So anyways im scrolling the site and see something I want and I choose the buy now option. I pay for it and put in my address and it emails me tracking information. I went to hop on today and now it’s saying my email and password aren’t correct which I know they are because I saved it with my facial recognition. Even so I tried resetting my password through the “forgot password” link and they say they emailed me a link to reset it but nothing came through. The email with the tracking information just takes me to the login screen of the app so I have no idea if my item is actually coming or if they just took $60 and kicked me off the app or something. As of now I’m assuming this is a scam. If something changes I will update my review, if not I will be reporting this

Decided to try this online auctioning out. Horrible experience. My “bids” are still in the running as I write this review but I am certain it doesn’t matter. Not sure if it’s the surprise $39 fee for “points” I didn’t select for purchase or if it’s the bots that are “bidding” against me. I did purchase 500 points for $20 (that much is on me). But those points are rated $.04/ point? The surprise charge for $39 (which I did not agree to or go out of my way to purchase) is 280 points with a rate of $.14/ point. The math is correct however there is no scale within the bids valuing peoples “points”. Why would I be bidding a $.14 point vs someone’s $.04 point?? There is no control. One last gripe. If a bidding is “closed” to any new bidders and it is me and one other bidder going back and forth with our inputted points. How can a new bidder just hop in $5 after the cut off? The points system is shady and would save everyone the headache if all of the “points” held the same value. Never again. Wouldn’t go as far as to call it a scam YET because I requested my refund immediately which I assume voids my “bidding”. However we shall see.

This is my opinion, but I really truly believe a lot of of the people putting in beds are not actually people they're AI generate. this way if they win, they keep the product and resell it, but it keeps people bidding. It's kinda like going to the casino. The house is gonna always win one way or another and they are it makes it really easy to use that and people not really know if you're bidding against actual people or not. It's just my opinion keeps people buying bids.
