Các chức năng chính:
• Xác thực định danh sản phẩm: Mỗi sản phẩm sáng tạo được mã hóa và gắn định danh duy nhất dựa trên thông tin công dân từ hệ thống VNeID, đảm bảo tính xác thực và không trùng lặp.
• Công bố sáng tạo: Cho phép tác giả công bố sản phẩm của mình trên DipNET, hoặc ủy quyền cho các tổ chức liên kết như RAR-IP, Cục Bản quyền tác giả, VCCA để thực hiện thủ tục bảo hộ chính thức khi cần.
• Mã hoá và lưu vết sản phẩm: Hệ thống tự động mã hoá, ghi nhận toàn bộ lịch sử và luồng khai thác của sản phẩm, giúp xác định rõ nguồn gốc và quyền sở hữu.
• Truy vết dòng khai thác và chia sẻ lợi nhuận: Ghi nhận chi tiết luồng doanh thu, tỷ lệ phân bổ và giá trị chia sẻ lợi nhuận giữa các tác giả, nhà sản xuất và đơn vị khai thác.
• Bảo vệ bản quyền và xử lý vi phạm: Hỗ trợ phát hiện, báo cáo và yêu cầu gỡ bỏ các nội dung vi phạm bản quyền trên các nền tảng số.
• Quản lý danh mục tác phẩm: Theo dõi tình trạng công bố, quá trình mã hoá và lịch sử khai thác thương mại của từng sản phẩm sáng tạo.
