Free protocols for AZ, CT, DE, KY, ME, MD, MA, MT, NE, NH, NJ, NY, NC, PA, RI, TN, UT, VT and WA, plus regional sets. No subscription. Missing yours? Ask in the app.
Free statewide and regional EMS protocols, with a drug reference and clinical tools, in one app that works without signal. No subscription, and protocol updates are free.
Every protocol is rebuilt for your phone screen, so there's no pinching and zooming around a printed page or PDF. Pick your state, region or agency once and everything downloads to your device, ready for the basement, the back road or the dead zone. Updates arrive on their own the next time you're online.

FREE PUBLIC PROTOCOLS
Statewide and regional sets from across the US, plus the NASEMSO National Model EMS Clinical Guidelines, and we add new sets regularly. Open the app to see every set; no account needed. Don't see yours? Request it in the app or at emspathfinderapp.com.
FOR EMS AGENCIES
Give every crew member your own protocols, medications, dosing, tools, contacts, documents and forms, updated live from a web editor. You control who sees what: members get in with an account, single sign-on or an access code. Agencies can also add barcode medication administration (BCMA) scanning. Learn more at emspathfinderapp.com.
A NOTE ON SAFETY
EMS Pathfinder is a reference and educational tool. It does not replace medical direction, your agency's guidelines or your clinical judgment. Always check the concentration on the packaging and confirm doses against local protocol before you give them. Each public protocol set shows its source and when we last updated it. Confirm with your state or regional EMS authority and your medical director.

Thanks for the five stars! We looked into Louisiana and Mississippi, and as far as we can tell neither has a statewide EMS protocol set. Send us a link to whichever agency or regional protocols you use and we'll look into adding them. You can send a request from the app ("Submit a request" under the organization list) or at emspathfinderapp.com/request-protocols. If your protocols aren't posted publicly, your agency can work with us to add them directly. And if there's a statewide set we missed, please send us that too!
Version 1.3 brings smarter search, a Support inbox and dozens of improvements.
• AI search, now offline: search understands what you mean, right on your device, even with no signal
