AudioRoo is a full featured MacOS native audio converter, made to be simple and powerful. Unlimited, free conversion into MP3! With AudioRoo you can convert as many files as you want to into several common (and not so common) formats. Just drop files you want to convert to the main window. Use the default settings, or adjust thing like sample rate, bit rate or channels – or jump into the advanced mode to dial in even more specific options. Professional quality audio and industry standard codecs have all been nicely wrapped for you into a simple drag-and-drop interface. Behind the scenes, AudioRoo is built from the ground up for MacOS and supports a fully native ARM experience, including taking advantage of NEON coding enhancements for ARM in the latest versions of FFMPEG. For big batch runs, or complex encode tasks, AudioRoo will automatically detect the performance cores on your machine to make archiving or converting large libraries or big lossless audio bounces a breeze (like super-fast). AudioRoo runs totally locally on your machine, and does not share or collect data about you. Live your life in the console? Hop into the free (for all formats) Command Monitor, setup your batch runs in the UI and then edit and run them yourself in terminal. AudioRoo can export into the following formats : MP3, OGG, WAV, M4A, FLAC, AAC, AC3, MP4, OPUS, WMA, AIFF, CAF, WV, MP2, TTA, DSF. You can purchase AudioRoo with a one-time in app purchase to unlock all export formats. MP3 conversion, including advanced settings and batch capabilities, is completely free. The command monitor is also free in all formats. AudioRoo accepts almost any container format as an input, if there is audio data, AudioRoo will try to find it!

Thanks for using AudioRoo! In this update the FFMPEG backend has been updated to 8.1 ("Hoare") allowing decode of some additional niche formats related to spatial audio.
