You remember everything.
The dentist appointment. The permission slip. The fact that your kid hates the green cups. The RSVP that's due Thursday. Your partner's mom's birthday. The three things you said you'd bring to the potluck.
You are not disorganized. You are under-supported.
Melo is the AI-powered Family Intelligence OS built to redistribute the invisible mental load of running a household — so you can stop being the human inbox, calendar, and follow-up machine for everyone in your life.
Just talk to Melo like you'd text a brilliant, unflappable chief of staff who never sleeps, never forgets, and never makes you feel like you're asking for too much.
WHAT MELO DOES (that no one else does):
→ Natural language, always. No forms. No frameworks. Just: "Plan our week's meals — gluten free, no repeats, easy for after work." Done.
→ Manages your village. Melo gets your partner, nanny, parents, or caregivers on the same page — in their style — so you stop nagging and they start doing. Without you managing them.
→ Remembers everything. Dentist appointments, school forms, birthday RSVPs, that login you always forget. Melo surfaces what you need, when you need it.
→ Picks up where you left off. Come back to any conversation, any time. Melo holds your family's context so you never have to repeat yourself.
→ Meal planning & recipes. Tell Melo your constraints — dietary needs, time, what's in the fridge — and get a real plan. Not a Pinterest board. A plan.
→ School schedule management. Permission slips, early dismissals, pajama day, spirit week — tracked, surfaced, shared. You're no longer the loudspeaker.
→ To-dos that actually move. Melo doesn't just list tasks. It assigns them, reminds the right person, and follows up — so nothing lives in your head.
MELO IS NOT A PRODUCTIVITY APP.
It doesn't want you to optimize. It wants you to breathe.
A 2024 University of Bath and University of Melbourne study found mothers handle 71% of household mental load tasks — the invisible cognitive work of running a family. Melo was built to change that number.
Built by a behavioral researcher and working mom who lived it — and an engineer who spent his career building systems, then realized the most important one was the one his wife had been quietly running at home. For everyone in the sisterhood who's still living it, and the partners ready to share the load.
Download Melo. Let your village step in. Manage less. Finally.
Having used it now for a while am loving how well Melo works around organizing and planning things for my family. So far Melo has been great for us in crafting meal plans and recipes that our whole family likes, some cool creative recipes. Also has been great with travel planning…I noticed it gives better trip options compared to some of the other std chatbots out there and packages them in one easy to pull guide with trip packing lists, things to do, places to eat keeping our food preferences etc in mind. And love the UI too.
Give your never-ending Mom checklist a new home
Bay Area Founder Mom
I am an entrepreneur and mom of two boys, so the mental load is real. The app has helped with designing dinner plans around my family’s meal preferences, drafted last minute travel checklists, provided milestone birthday ideas and even coming up with a summer schedule for the kids. I allow it to handle all the details so that I can show for the people who need me most. I feel a sigh of relief, knowing that I only spend a fraction time on planning for my family, so that I can actually enjoy the time with them.
- Editable Plans
