TrackWork is an hours tracker for anyone paid by the hour: cleaners, builders, nannies, tutors, carers, freelancers. Clock in when you start, clock out when you finish, or type the hours in afterwards. Then turn that time into an invoice, or just show your client the record.
PAY PERIODS
Tell TrackWork how each client pays you: weekly, every two weeks, twice a month, monthly, or just a total. Each client then opens on this week or this month, with what it comes to and whether it is paid. Move between periods with the arrows or a swipe, or tap the period to see every one at a glance. Home shows each client's current period, and anything older that is still unpaid.
INVOICES
Two taps from any client turns tracked time into a finished invoice. Pick the period, see the invoice before it exists, send the PDF, then record the payment. Your currency, your tax and your payment terms are set once and apply everywhere. Numbering from INV-0001, or your own. Put one line per note on an invoice, so "West roof" becomes one line with its hours and amount.
TRACKING
Tap to start, tap to stop. Add hours after the fact, overnight shifts included. A crew of two or ten counts every person. Every session is saved with its date, its length and what it earned.
YOUR CLIENT SEES THE SAME HOURS
Invite a client and they see your timesheet as you do, read-only. No more arguing over the hours.
REMINDERS
Pick the days and your usual hours for a client, and get a reminder to start tracking at your start time.
