Perfect Shot is a new recommendation built on real green contour data. Look for the flag icon in the left-hand menu on the Hole Play screen. From the tee, tap the flag and Perfect Shot plans your longest shot down the fairway — the right club, its carry and roll, and the shape your ball actually flies. Once the pin is in range, the flag turns green and pulses. Tap it and you'll see where to land the ball so it rolls toward the hole, with a heat map of the green's slope laid over the putting surface. On the green, Perfect Shot reads the break and shows you the line and pace to hole the putt. Perfect Shot is available on courses with green contour data, and loads automatically the first time you play one.
