I have played numerous bingo games. This is by far one of the worst when withdrawing money. I reached out to the support team provided screenshots because my withdrawal says it’s frozen. Are you kidding me? It’s $2.38I completed the verification process and still nothing! Definitely will not be purchasing with this company again. Before you reply and then tell me to contact the support team in the game? I already have reached out to them. They freeze your money for “fraudulent activity”Fraud for two dollars? What a joke. The only reason I even withdrew any money is to see if they will actually pay out. Do better guys! You can’t talk with a bot. Don’t waste your time or money with this company Mobile Fox!

Never responded after finally telling me"Dear player, thank you for contacting us.We are sorry that this issue can not be resolved as you did not pass system verification. Others worked.I read your terms. I have withdrew from this game before but now I won $202 and I’m now having withdraw issue it asked me to verify myself and when I did now it says couldn’t verify and I tried email support and this problem still has not been fixed nor can I play for cash games anymore help
