ReeLieve is a mental health app built by soldiers for soldiers. The app is grounded in military experience and is designed for current and former service members, veterans, and others living with stress, anxiety, PTSD, or elevated arousal. The focus is on practical tools you can use in everyday life — here and now. In this version you can: • Do a quick mental check-in: how are you feeling right now? • Keep a mood journal • Get guided exercises for calm and regulation (e.g., grounding and breathing) • Add a loved one who can access selected information and better support you • Receive an exercise matched to your current state ReeLieve is under active development. The app is built in close collaboration with users. Feedback from soldiers and veterans is a core part of the product and is used directly to prioritize further development. Upcoming features: • More exercises and structured programs • Better personalization over time • Smartwatch integration (coming later) Early access: Early users will have the opportunity to test new features first and may receive introductory benefits when they launch.
