Kōra Pilates is a space for connection, strength and play. Our 45-minute reformer classes are designed to energise your body, clear your mind, and leave you feeling good from the inside out.
Choose from our three signature styles- Kōra Power, Kōra Flow and Kōra Reset -designed to meet you where you are, whether you want to build strength, find your flow, or take a moment to pause. We also host workshops with practitioners across different wellness modalities, so you can expand your toolkit beyond the reformer.
Our studio is intentionally designed to feel welcoming to everyone - whatever your age, ability or fitness level. At Kōra, movement is for every body.
