I downloaded this app because I was told that the cameras that I had bought use this app and that I could use my cameras for free. This app ask for your credit card. I didn’t want to give my credit card, but there was no way of getting past it so I tried it. It said that there would be no charge zero. As soon as I gave my credit card, my card was attempted to be charged twice. Two dollars each charge. My account did not have enough to cover the card and the card service that I had blocked the charges because they thought it was a scam. that was yesterday today y’all attempted to take $39 out of my account and again my card service blocked the charges for the same reason. Y’all might as well stop trying to charge my account because there will be no money in that account. Y’all weren’t supposed to charge me anyway. If this happens one more time, I’m getting a new card and I will report y’all as fraud
If you just bought a camera that requires this app return it now to avoid the headache

I’ve used the company’s older app (Yi IoT) for over a 2 years. At first, you’d watch one ad, then you could scroll through your SD card footage freely. Annoying, but usable.Then updates made ads pop up every few seconds, often placed where you could accidentally tap them. Still frustrating, but at least you could eventually access your recordings.Now they’ve switched to this new app, and it’s worse. You can only view about 50 seconds of footage before being forced to pay for a subscription. Since these cameras don’t work with third-party apps, you’re locked into either paying monthly or losing basic access to your own recordings.This app removes functionality that used to exist and replaces it with an aggressive paywall. At this point, it’s easier to just pull the SD card and use a computer.I can’t recommend this camera or this app to anyone.

Should be zero stars, if you’re looking for a security camera experience this isn’t it unless you love ads before the video loads, while you’re looking at the video and basically all the time. You can apparently go “ad free” if you pay the exorbitant fees needed to make a poor camera functional. Now they’ve added another fee to be able to use HD quality. I have three of the cameras left, there headed for the trash can where the other 4 went. Get a Ring, a Blink, a Reolink anything but a camera that requires this app. Believe the reviews about all the ads.

I used the previous version, and then they switched to this new ZK Link, but they haven't made any improvements to the app. First of all, they put in an exorbitant number of ads. Secondly, it doesn't work at all for watching older videos; you can only watch live videos. They sell us the cameras, we pay for the cameras, and then they bombard us with ads. I've had to use another app that's much better than yours, even though you're the manufacturer, and that's why I'm giving it one star.
