When Concairge says it will remember something about your family, an Undo sits right under the answer. Tap it and it's forgotten straight away, including in Settings > What Concairge remembers. School drop-offs and pick-ups, quicker to set up Start typing your school's name and nearby schools appear to pick from. Choosing who drives shows everyone by name, and Your Week Ahead stops asking once the schedule is saved. Everyone's changes, sooner When someone in the family adds or changes a plan, it shows on your Home within about two minutes. The biggest update yet: a new Home, drop-offs and pick-ups, and clashes caught before they catch you. A live countdown tells you when to leave, with Directions and On my way one tap away. Tap anyone in the family strip to see their day. Calendar, Speak it and Scan sit at the bottom, ready when you are. Drop-offs and pick-ups, covered Give every drop-off and pick-up a driver, and only that person is reminded, including when to leave for the pick-up. Set up the school schedule once, with who drives each day, every week or alternate weeks, and the days the school is closed are skipped. Nobody down for one? Any adult can ask who can take it. Plans can bend, too: a pick-up can leave early, a drop-off can arrive late, and school to swimming is planned as one journey. Choose the driver on the event, in chat or with Speak it. Clashes, caught early Connect a calendar and Concairge checks your week ahead straight away: two places at once, a child with nobody taking them, a school closure, free time worth filling. On Home, tap Sort it to see both sides and the overlap, choose what happens, decide later, or ask another adult to decide. An event from a forwarded email is checked before you add it. Not going this time Mark someone not going to one date of a repeating event. Their reminders stop for that day, and if a drop-off was only for them, the driver hears it's off. Tick off the Quick Kit as you pack, and find something to do in your next free stretch. Tap an event or an idea on a widget and it opens right there in the app. Widgets need iOS 18 or later. Speak it, without opening the app Tap Speak it on a widget, in Control Center or on the Action button, and just talk. It stops when you do and tells you "Got it" when it's written down. If it couldn't make you out, a notification lets you try again. Changed your mind? Discard all clears it in one tap. Your Saved list, your way Tag saved places with your own labels, like "Juliet's birthday party", and filter by tag. Leave a note the whole family can see, like "book ahead in summer". Tidy up with Select to remove. When another adult shares a place to your family's list, you'll get a notification. Pets are family too Add your pets. When you ask for a plan, Concairge looks for places that welcome the ones who come along, and knows an assistance animal goes everywhere with you. Discover that knows where you've been Tap "I've already been" to clear something and get more like it. Things you've added stay marked with when you're going, like "Going Sat". Share a festival or a run of shows and pick just the date you want. Cards say why a place suits your family, and Weekend events leads with the big shows near you. Hid something by mistake? Undo it, or find it and tap Restore. Pick the music genres each person loves, from Metal to K-Pop. Your calendar, kept in step Plans shows a badge when a booking's time or place changes, or it's cancelled. If an event hasn't reached your Google, Outlook or iPhone calendar, it's marked with a one-tap Retry. Times follow you when you travel and hold steady when the clocks change. Discover, redesigned: swipe through what's on, picked for your family. Discover, one swipe at a time Every shelf is now a row of cards you swipe along, so much more fits on one screen. Picked for you gathers the picks from your latest notification, what fits your week, and ideas for just the adults. Weekend events gives Friday, Saturday and Sunday a row each. Nearby places shows what's close and what's trending around you. Cards say when something matches someone's interests, and event cards name the venue, with its rating and price range where available. Pull down any time for a fresh feed. Just ask, for whoever's going Type and send. Say who it's for, like "something for me and Sam", and Concairge plans for just the two of you; otherwise it plans for the whole family. The reply says who it planned for, and the chip above the message box changes it. Phone numbers and websites in a reply are a tap away. You can also ask about anything you've forwarded: what came in, what's waiting, or "add the passport one and skip the rest". Invite the family, see who's coming When your family's Google or Outlook calendars are connected, add someone to an event and it lands on their calendar too, and their yes or no comes back to Concairge. Invitations you receive show who else is coming, and an event two of you were invited to shows once. Hand it off, hear it's done Give someone a task and you'll hear when it's done. Repeating chores stay quiet, so nobody's phone buzzes every evening. Your family's calendars, sorted. The menu now leads with My Family, with everyone's calendars inside it. Each calendar carries the number of events on it and the day it was created, so two called "My Calendar" are easy to tell apart, a calendar belonging to someone else says whose it is, and creating an event offers the ones that are yours to write to. Ask what's on this week and the answer arrives as a day-by-day card: who it is about, the dates checked, and every event under its own day with its time and who it is for. A brain dump now stages everything for your review. Events, reminders and to-dos land in one list, each row saying what it will become and when it repeats, so you can put anything right before it reaches the calendar. Forward an email with a calendar invite attached and Concairge reads the invite itself. The start, the end, the time zone and the place, exactly as the venue wrote them. Discover is now a tab of its own. Open it and your family's week is already in there. For you, This weekend, Nearby. Places, events and ideas drawn from what your family actually enjoys and where you actually are, each one saying in a line why it suits you, and who it suits. Search the whole thing as you type, narrow it to the kind of day you are after, and keep scrolling for as long as you like. Anything you like goes straight onto the family calendar. Tap Add, choose who is coming and what time, and it is done. Event cards carry a way to get tickets or read more, restaurants point at a real reservation page, and a Just the adults section keeps a couple of ideas back for the two of you. Booked is now Plans. Forward any email to your Concairge address and watch the events it made appear. School newsletters, team schedules, doctor's appointments, flights, summer camps. Plans keeps every reservation you have made in the app alongside them, so the whole family's week sits in one list. Getting started is now three stages that unlock as you go: Unlock the magic, Try the magic, Live the magic. Each step opens the thing it is asking for, whether that is the camera, a voice note or the right tab. Your iPhone calendar, both ways. Add Apple Calendar in a tap. One prompt from iOS, nothing to install, no app-specific password, and your week is in Concairge there and then. Choose exactly which of the phone's calendars come along, and everything Concairge already does runs on them: reminders, leave-by alerts, day and week summaries, traffic and weather. It works in the other direction too. Anything Concairge books or changes lands on your iPhone's own calendar, so the rest of your life sees it without you copying a thing across. Calendar settings are now built around people. Everyone's calendars sit under their name, each with its own colour and a clear badge for how much the family sees: full details, titles only, busy blocks, or hidden. Adding one is a single screen with four ways in. Connect your own account, ask someone to connect theirs, create a new Concairge calendar, or set one up for a child. The ask route sends a link, so they sign in themselves and choose what they share, and nobody ever handles anyone else's password. The more Concairge can see, the further ahead it can stay.
